"Capital Region Solar is a planned 50-MW facility being built in West Baton Rouge Parish. DEPCOM Power is the developer on the project. Entergy Louisiana will take the power from Capital Region Solar under a 20-year power purchase agreement. The solar farm is expected to be completed by the second quarter of 2020."
